The gentleman I spoke to, Andrew #5, was very kind and easy to talk to. As I’m easily confused with insurance details, Andrew was very calm and patient and even had a few laughs, definitely made the whole insurance phone call a lot easier!

Efficent phone call to get my policy set up and very quick and simple. But unclear on the online application that you would have to ring after to verify your policy before being insured. Very annoying if you want to insure yourself during closing hours.

#1 Jodie was very helpful indeed and sorted out our renewal and explained everything clearly so she was great - thank you Jodie. But, I called earlier and spoke to another advisor who "checked" my details and told me that we were no long eligible for renewal even though we had received a renewal policy and amount! I was exceedingly disappointed as you can imagine. When I called back again and managed to speak to Jodie she looked into my query and advised that the previous advisor thought that my renewal was for a private car not my Motorhome!! I would have thought that if my details had been correctly checked the advisor would have known what type of vehicle I was calling about. I'm glad I did call back to check and renewal sorted in the end. Just please check that they know what type of vehicle you own!

Very helpful and cheerful members of staff. #6 great customer service and communication skills, relaxed and friendly manner but very professional at the same time makes you feel at ease. Been with the company since 2014 very happy even though I do shop around first I do end up sticking with Ladybird with their competitive rates and again all round good customer service.

The overall service I will say was good. Staffs over the telephone were helpful. I made no claim so I cannot review on that but the only thing I was unhappy with was their systems could not recognise when my policy was due. In my case I actually had to call them to get a new quote and request for my no claim bonus certificate where with my previous car insurance, everything were done automatically.
