“Such a laborious process and call handler unwilling to deviate from the stilted script. This is the longest it has ever taken me to purchase insurance and I won't be doing so this way again.”

“7th March 2019 Having initially gone on line and received a competitive quote , I then rang and spoke to a call handler as I was concerned my circumstances were a little complicated. I spoke to Shaunie McWilliams and was very happy with the way she dealt with my queries, confirmed the quote and set up my policy.”

“Very unhappy, got charged £140 for a disrespency" about my insurance apparently , NOW they have increased my payments up by £22p/m even though I paid the fee so unhappy wish I never joined”

“Extremely gratefully that ladybird came in with a price which beat all other providers. Length of call was to long and advertised price changed on application. Would recommend ladybird on price, but should stick to the price advertised”

He explained what I was getting myself into and went into detail with anything I needed clarity on, as well as being completely polite.
