Were asked to wait 1 hour to be seen. Had advised the lady at the front the purpose was to open an account. When called to be seen was advised need to book another appt! Really poor service

Absolutely useless, 1st complaint dealt with, experienced the same problem weeks laters & was told after being on the phone for over 2 hours the original complaint would have to be reopened & I would hear back within 4 weeks. 6 weeks later nothing chased again today to be told after half hour the case is locked & need to wait longer until the case has been looked at by management. Customer service is non existent, I have banked with Lloyds for 20 years from current account, credit cards, loans & Mortgage I will be now looking to move banks as I don’t feel like valued customer anymore.

We are an Auction business which have been trading for 30 years. We transact approximately £500,000 annually. We have a small overdraft facility which in the past 3 years have used once to the tune of £250. We have now had the overdraft facility removed just after 2 years of COVID. If you are a business don't even think about going to Lloyds. We are trying to extricate ourselves from this dreadful bank and go to a real business bank Barclays.

After 15 years joimg lloyds bank I'm very very disappointed. I have over 20k savings . The bank doesn't let me have have basic mortage because my credit score is low (900!!!!!!!!!) . This is a joke . I went to barclays to open a new account and they offered me at start 3000000 new mortage as a start without the first payment !!! Lloyds shame on you !!!!!!!!!!

Worst policy ever with the OTP sent through mail within 7 days. So basicaly for 7 days i cannot see my account and do online transactions because the system didn't think it's me and guess what , the problem is that my phone doesn't have google services and it requires every time extra security questions although i use my fingerprint password. You can use a call security or phone otp or any other instant verification so you can help people not cut them out from the services they pay :)

Rang customer support after setting up voice recognition and doing security checks was told I would get a ring back within 30 minutes 2 hours later no ring back . ... oh let's think ? Could this because of covid ?

The most stupid bank i have ever been to. They didn’t let me open an account just because my address was written in different format the letter I provided to them as proof of address. The funny things they were saying we know its silly to say this but we can’t process your application. Please don’t waste your time to go there specially for new folks.

I have asked for a new card as mine was damaged. When I went into the bank in Sunderland they have me a small amount of money but could not tell me when I would receive my new card. This is my only way of getting cash which is rightfully mine. I have bank there for years but will seriously think about changing banks.

Totally been let down by their service. My online account was suspended (which I do not know why even the customer service rep said he has no idea as well). I was on a freaking 2-hour call (all to which was waiting time) and was passed on one after the other, only for me to hung up as I was fuming that no one really have been of help! Now, I just wanted to change my bank into a different one!!!

Just popped into the bank to deposit the weekends takings at Lloyds-TSB Tunbridge Wells. No one in the branch but a woman comes flying over where is your mask. She then calls the manager down and in the end i had 3 people berating me and telling me that i am risking everyone's lives and they are closing my account down. Totally intimidating behaviour and shocking.

Lloyds have total disregard for their customers. I have experienced 3 major service failures in the past year (nothing complicated-basic things that a bank should do- contactless card, on-line banking and ordering a paying in book) They have failed to deliver on all three and when I have tried to contact them they just fob me off and tell me I have to call a customer service number which I HAVE TO PAY FOR to sort out their error. An absolute disgrace.

It’s is a very sad story, Lloyds bank has stolen my money from my private account In this bank. I have sent many documents providing all details about wrongdoing from the bank side. The person did not want to confirm a mistake that has been made by bank and took me £338..

Absolute joke. I have had my account with lloyds for 16 years. I have a club lyods account which means I receive 6 free cinema tickets if I put a certain amount of money in my account each month. But because I didn’t go to their website to extend my tickets ( bearing in mind I was never informed that I should have done this ) they will not give me 6 extra tickets that I lost out on during covid even though they would of gladly taken the fee if I had not put through my money no doubt. I will be calling and cancelling my bank account with them in the morning and taking my money elsewhere thank you very much. It’s the principal.

Lloyds bank is supporting online scam. Customer of her, recieved product from our company, after !9! days she told package had whole in it, asked Lloyds to dispute. We contacted customer, asked her to open case at Fedex, customer didn't even replied us, and yet Lloyds gave her money back, leaving us without the phone and the money.

It's the most dreadful bank, my branch has closed. They charge for everything, service is non existent. I live for six months of the year in Spain and the there are excellent and level of service is very good. So it can be done, Lloyd's are just profit motivated, they are perfect for rip off Britain

I been 25 years customer i been paying all my payments up too date every time. Last 3 weeks ago i received a letter mentioning they are cancelling my Visa card account because of poor credit records.. I applied for Visa card from another bank i received straight away very disappointed with this bank...

Oh my god don’t deal with this business. Purchased a gold chain for $1900 and I was led to believe it had a weight of 118g I got a chain to fit a baby’s wrist with a weight of 1.18g. I have made countless calls to Lloyds who were more than rude and have sent countless emails, but still don’t have a refund even though I returned the 1.18g baby chain. Don’t deal with them it’s not worth it. Completely void of customer service skills, complete crooks.

Tried online banking with my sister on her account. Despite online banking you are still given a telephone number to call for security…fair enough but it takes up to an hour to get a reply.Sometimes the line just goes dead so you have to start all over again.Have spoke to different staff over this weekend who “transfer “ your call to another number…another long wait.Found out that the account is under review so bank transfer cannot be done but no one can advise you on how to come out of “under review”. Absolute rubbish service .Waiting so long for a telephone answer means your phone battery can run out…another Long wait until you het answered.ASAP my sister will close her account
