“Tried to things online but website said had to go to branch. went to branch, queued for an hour just to be told they couldn’t do it in branch and had to do it online. Waste of time and effort. Useless bank.”

“Horrible insurance company, I work with almost every insurance company in America and this is by far the worst one I have dealt with. Good luck even finding a number to call to ask them any kind of questions. 2 star review average and it deserves less than that. These people suck.”

“Everything is difficult with this bank. I am planning to close my accounts. Card gets shut down all the time. Can't even download statements from the account online.Everything is difficult with this bank and why I call in to verify transactions I get the 3rd degree about transactions I've made and if can't remember what purchase was made they get nasty. I cannot stand this bank”

“Lloyds Bank are UNTRUSTWORTHY and INCOMPETENT. Lloyds increased my car insurance premium by over 100% without a reason and failed to explain and justify this increase. Lloyds have ignored my communications and handled my enquiries/complaints badly and incompetently and treated me (and no doubt other customers) customers with utter contempt. As I cannot trust Lloyds and I have closed my current account which I opened decades ago (and now bank with First Direct).”

“This company refuses to pay my balance that I earned from my investments with them, I think that this behavior of a regulated company with various licenses should be sanctioned. . I am not getting the required return from and i was hurt, not until i was directed to TONELIMITED.COM, by someone that has similar case and they were able to get my funds back for me including the profit”

“Worst company I've ever dealt with. They will lock your account for no necessary reason. Then when I tried to make withdrawals I was asked to pay another ransome,no explanation, or resolution. They should be investigated because they are literally stealing from clients with this type of business. In fact they must be going out of business, but it’s a shame that they are willing to steal so much on the way down.
