Earlier this year, I lost a huge sum of money trading bitcoin on a scam telegram site. I was so devastated making several efforts to get my funds back. When I read about people complaining about investments with no way to get their money back, it breaks my heart. I lost all my funds to some scam investment website and needed to hire a hacker to help recover my funds . It appears that the company only accepted deposits and did not permit withdrawals. Despite several months of waiting, I did not receive any communication from their customer service department regarding my held deposits. It became evident that this company had potentially misled numerous individuals through its apparent lack of transparency. I sought assistance from SPECTRUM-CREST, and they kindly provided me with access to my account and profits, enabling me to successfully withdraw my funds within a few days. I recommend their services based on my positive experience.

After investing with this company I found out that they were scammers please don't invest with them and also stay away from there agency after they had frozen my account I decided to report to authority and then I came across Mrs Bruce Nora who is a recovery agent I got in contact with her and she guided me through the process, within few days, my money was recovered to me in total. Absolutely disgraceful. Every aspect of their “service” appears to be designed to make you give up. Impenetrable website, non answered phones and pathetically inadequate online chat line. Come he’ll or high water, you cannot get through to a person capable of addressing your concern.

Went into newton Abbot lloyds bank today to help a client change her phone number on her account we could not do it on the phone why I have no idea. Anyway we waited in a queue for ages A man in his 80s I guess was stood there to waiting no one asked if he was alright to stand for ages no chair for him to rest on. Then the elderly man got to the counter The staff member said and what did you come in today for? No Hello sir how an I help you today Customer care Hello 👋 Then a member of staff asked a man behind us what he wanted in the bank today he said I only want to change my address on the account. The staff member told him to computers were down so he could wait in the queue or wait for the lady behind to finish what she was doing. The man then said louder I only want to change my address can't you take my details and do it for me later when the computer is sorted Then a woman staff member came from behind the tils to him raising her voice at him He said do not speak to me like that you have no right to speak to me like that so she went back behind the counter again Then the man was talking to other customers behind him and out the woman staff member comes again to him pointing her finger at him and she looked like a mad woman she looked so aggressive her face was like thunder. Hello he's a customer?? He was just voicing his opinion which was entirely correct Staff member should have been able with training to calm him with ease as he was only annoyed 🙄 Staff member had no right to come out and point her finger at him and say things to him. She could have stayed were she was he was not a problem and did not speak unkindly to any staff member. Shocking customer care . Not the first time I have seen this in newton Abbot branch Staff member would have been caught on the banks own camera. She needs sacking who the hell does she think she is. What a horrible creature she is . I took two accounts out of lloyds bank after the management was horrible to me just after I had lost my baby bro. I am now removing 2 more accounts from them So vote with your feet people Nationwide staff are so kind always lots of staff on brilliant And you get 200 pounds to move banks It's a win win.

Branch manager in Cosham has a rotten attitude towards her staff and customers! Snappy, cocky and very condescending! Belittling a customer for coming into the branch for a copy of a bank statement and being asked abruptly why can’t you do this at home is rude! Whispering to your cashier in front of me making comments about customers asking for statements is also rude! Your cashier looked extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed! Branch manager needs customer service training! Your cashier was fantastic! Manager is awful!

I opened an account only because they promised to send me hard copy paper statements monthly. Months roll by, no statement. So I go into the branch and ask why. The chick says "because we are an environmentally friendly bank." So they basically lied to me. So I closed the account because I will not be taken for a fool, you fools! A month after I close the account, guess what I get....go on, guess! A TWENTY page statement full of zeros for my closed account. They destroyed a forest for this useless, pointless statement for a closed account. I can still hear those innocent trees crying out in pain. You are nothing but vicious tree murders, environmental pirates, buffoons! The tree spirits will get you!

Losing money to online banking is too rampant these days, and scammers are getting more intelligent. That's why getting a legitimate expert on recovery of stolen crypto is so difficult without having scam experience. Most people have been scammed several times and they give up on their funds. I’m hereby to let all scam victims know that recovery is possible when you contact the right source, am saying this because I was a victim too. Even if you lose money, don’t go down without a fight. I was in doubt when I first saw their ads but was convinced to give trial, and I must say C O V S E C L T D*C O M is the best choice I have made this year. I recovered back my funds successfully and I must give them that credit. I highly recommend them to anyone in my situation to check them out.

My debit card was blocked whilst broadband, rang and spent 1 hour 30 mins trying to sort out with every security question under the sun only to be told I have to go into branch as nothing can be done over the phone, so now abroad without a card, and a bill for the call, been with the bank for 44 years, disgusted..

What a joke of a banking company. After fraudulent activity on my account I made a claim which was paid back into my account. I had to cancel my card and wait over 10 days for my new 1 to arrive. 4 weeks later they have re-debited the money stating it looks like I had involvement. Each fraudulent activity had a non-gbp transaction go along with it so was made outside of the uk. Even though I was using my card in my home town the same time these fraudulent activities were happening they still say it was me. So now apparently I can cut myself in half be in the USA and UK at the same time. The fraud department over the phone couldn't help as it was passed to the back office where the only form of contact is via email.... which they never reply to. So in a nutshell if you want your money to stay safe AVOID lloyds at all cost. If like me are already with them swith to a more reputable bank ASAP
