“I have not had a problem with them whatsoever, great service from the start in fact cut my insurance by half compared to my last insurer ( be wise ) who had told me to pay an extra £100 because I changed my car, when I asked why I was told maybe I wasn’t used to driving that particular car, unfortunately I drive one for work 80000 + miles a year & if that’s not use th driving one what is that why I went to LLOYDS.”

“Insurance is never easy, and the only way to get a good deal is to change regularly. Insurance firms are not good to their loyal customers. It is a lot easier on line to find a cheaper deal, or see who offers what. But what is important is in the event of an accident that usually tells you how good they are and how quickly you are sorted out. Lloyd's seem to have been good, and fortunately I have had a trouble free year, but will depend on their quote later in the year.”

“Good price (for this year - introductory offer). Will be interesting to see what the renewal price is like, especially as I had to make a claim. Claims experience was really good as far as it goes. The stuff that could be sorted over the phone was done immediately i.e. some cash that needed to be reimbursed was done so straight away. But the claims handlers and contractors involved in doing remedial work in our house did seem to drag the process out for quite a while. We ended up without having a usable shower in our en suite for about 3 months! What started as just a shattered shower door ended up with the whole room being retiled.”
