“Haven't needed to use them so I do not have any experience to go on. I also took out an emergency package, which was contracted out. I haven't used this either.”

“Good price (for this year - introductory offer). Will be interesting to see what the renewal price is like, especially as I had to make a claim. Claims experience was really good as far as it goes. The stuff that could be sorted over the phone was done immediately i.e. some cash that needed to be reimbursed was done so straight away. But the claims handlers and contractors involved in doing remedial work in our house did seem to drag the process out for quite a while. We ended up without having a usable shower in our en suite for about 3 months! What started as just a shattered shower door ended up with the whole room being retiled.”

“All depends on which Lloyds you go! My local Kidlington branch one staff was appalling and rude so I complained and wrote to Lloyds head office. Within two days, I had an apology letter with a little reward to say thank you for bringing up the issue. I went into another branch of Lloyds today, received great welcome by the pleasant team of staff in the Summertown branch. Staff so patient and welcoming so here I am opening my account with them! I love the way I have been treated in general.”
