“Memeber of staff was fine wouldn't let me speak to manager as they are short staffed? Charging £300 more then others online so asked to cancel having only had just paid over £400 3 months ago for the year and got refunded £80 what a pathetic insurance provider.... lets hope no one else has to cancel or pay the heavy cancellation charges nor admin charges to change bike!! Ride away from the guys!!!”

“If I could rate it 0 I would worst insurance I have ever used! Complete and utter rip off stay well well away people. If you see people giving them a good rating they have clearly not had to renew or cancel the policy yet! Believe me guys stay away or you may be very much out of pocket before you know it.”

“3 months to pay up. (And no credit for that time when there is no risk covered by them.) Wouldn't pay for helmet and other gear stolen with bike. Deducted 5% from claim because wanted service history from before I owned the bike.”
