“instantly insured me as requested. I would appreciate a copy of the original renewal reminder please as I was confused by the reminder, only mentioned one of my bikes which is SWORN so didn't require any cover on it, This resulted in me inadvertently being uncovered on the second bike, this was entirely unintentional as I thought it was insured until November. I know now having read my policy it expired alongside the other bike insurance . I expect, there is no way it can be back dated, no accidents or incidents up to the current renewal date. Appreciate you help, if only in sending the copy of the renewal. Alan”

“hi there didn't get all policy docs or receipt. policy on excess insurance or receipt for main policy. price seemed pricey, excess more than doubled, had to phone twice to get more info an still not all there, signed into account an old docs there from year before. the only reason I stayed was just bought new bike same day and had enough for one day... staff I dealt with before more on the ball.”

“I rang up about my renewal having looked on Compare the market for a cheaper quote. Your price online was very competitive. I spent about 20 minutes talking through my details with your adviser despite me being an existing customer. He explained you effectively sell one-year only contracts and don't hold data to automatically review. He then quoted me a price about £30 more than the figure I had online. When I told him that, he said you were always cheaper online and he couldn't match it. I did it online and will do so again in future. Can I suggest you point that out at the beginning of such conversations in future? My suggested script would be 'Hello, if you're calling expecting me to give you a price for renewing with us forget it and go straight to Compare the Market because it will be cheaper, quicker and less frustrating. My company policy prevents me from being of any additional benefit to you whatsoever. Thank you for your call.'”
