“1. Renewal quote was very high. Fortunately I had comparisons and was in a strong position to negotiate, but it left me feeling undervalued as a repeat customer. 2. The background noise in the call centre was so bad I could not hear the agent and he could not hear me. Made it very difficult to deal with you. (I had a completely different experience with Bennets).”
