“Very quick on getn insurance sorted”

“My insurance was sorted out fast I was offered a good deal at competitive market rates.Ive been a long term customer had no problems over a decade.I insure two scooters value my bikes it's good to know they are covered by a team of professionals that have got my bikes covered if the need arises.No firm is perfect people are people but overall mce know the insurance business deliver the goods job done.”

“If asked, by letter, to ring a number, there should be no expectation or requirement to apply for a quote 'online'. If viewed as a 'valued customer' I should be treated as a valued customer and should not be offered a worse deal than a new customer!”

“After filling all details out Web wouldn't connect to payment site, Opted to ring up , after long wait on hold, then had to go through full details even though had reference from web quote only to be given a higher price, went back to web and still couldn't pay, rang back but on hold that long gave up, 3rd time lucky on web site payment site finally connected, best part of 2 hours just to get insurance, not impressed.”

“1. Renewal quote was very high. Fortunately I had comparisons and was in a strong position to negotiate, but it left me feeling undervalued as a repeat customer. 2. The background noise in the call centre was so bad I could not hear the agent and he could not hear me. Made it very difficult to deal with you. (I had a completely different experience with Bennets).”
