“MCE has been our choice of insurer/broker for many years now, but this will not last much longer if they do not start to sort out their customer service representatives. There are still some good people there, but It seems less and less likely that you will be put through to one. If you have ever worked in customer care you will know that you have to actually care, if you don’t or you have a patronising attitude you will just annoy people and lose their custom for the company you work for. I really hope MCE can get the right people to work for them again and get rid of the dross, they have been so good in the past and we bikers need them to stay that way.”

“Easy to renew on line and good price . would have been 5 star but I tried to ring 0844 number with a question but was charged £8 on my mobile bill !!”

“It is ridiculous that each year I am treated as a brand new customer. The process has to be started from scratch with a new quote. As a customer this is really irritating and the answer of staff is just... That the way we do it. That's just not good enough. If there isn't a reason for doing it, then stop and be more customer focused.”

“Reasonable price and very happy to see the renewal was discounted £100 from the previous year. It would be useful if the renewal form was prefilled with last year's details to make the process quicker. Also if there was a mobile format for those without a computer.”
