“Price was best I could get. Even with mce bout 6 yrs always check around. Found the paying bit on web site a bit of a pain using a phone .”

“Almost impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. Charged me almost half my yearly premium after 2 days didn't even take the bike on the road after it broke down at dealership on a saterday. Tryed to speak to an advisor all weekend with no answer.”

“MCE has been our choice of insurer/broker for many years now, but this will not last much longer if they do not start to sort out their customer service representatives. There are still some good people there, but It seems less and less likely that you will be put through to one. If you have ever worked in customer care you will know that you have to actually care, if you don’t or you have a patronising attitude you will just annoy people and lose their custom for the company you work for. I really hope MCE can get the right people to work for them again and get rid of the dross, they have been so good in the past and we bikers need them to stay that way.”
