“All good! There are some contradictions surrounding being able to ride other bikes on the comprehensive policy. The policy does allow riding other bikes, but states elsewhere that it doesn’t. Once I’d confirmed that I could ride other bikes, I was happy to proceed. Be a safe rider with this policy! The excess is massive, and the payouts are minimal! The fact mcn offer comprehensive terms such as these is good for me however!!”

“I was with Mce for last 4 years and I needed to Renew my policy, i had an email to remind me about renewal and had an option for quote which it came to £225.I rang and spoke to a rude male staff which his attitude was if you don’t stay with us I will have 1 less customer to deal with and told me renewal would cost £250. I’m glad he put me off by asking me more as I got exactly same cover for £180 somewhere else. It’s a shame some staff don’t care about loosing customer...”

“Interesting that I got a policy for twenty pounds cheaper on line than I did by trying to get one over the phone. I never thought your phone operatives would cost £20 for a five minute call. I’m obviously in the wrong job.”
