“I’m a returning customer of about 4/5+ years and my renewal for 1 bike went up to over £350 even though there have been no claims or accidents, so I went onto a comparison website and put the exact same details I had on the last policy and what I had said over the phone. The price for the conparison website? £162!! So I then phoned back giving this reference number and then they said £182! So £20 to just run through details? When I questioned this the operator came back and said £160!”
