“I called MCE to 'add a bike' to an existing policy. I experienced a very real lack of looking after existing customers. The price was beyond belief - I went on line to compare the quote I was given, and to my surprise there was a, more than considerable saving. I have, very recently renewed my primary insurance cover (1st bike) with MCE, but will be seriously considering other companies to renew with next year. N.B - I have used MCE previously and found them to be competitive, though I must say; I do feel somewhat let down by Customer Services/Admin.”
