“Good prices for individual policies, I just cant get my head around their logic that two separate policies are £360 and a multi bike policy for the same two bikes is over £500 . Surely it would make sense to combine them into one cheaper or similar priced policy”

“Avoid at all cost, happy to take your money certainly try everything to avoid paying you out. They will even lie. When my bike was stolen told me they were cancelling my policy and not paying out because I told them my bike had an immobiliser which I didn't and my policy said nothing about an immobiliser, tried telling me that my policy stated security devices where unspecified which was an unspecified immobiliser. Repeatedly asked for a copy of the recording which I'm still waiting for. Wouldn't accept that and made a complaint, eventually got the decision overturned and had a total loss payment which was an absolute joke. A brand new bike a month old, straight from the showroom lost a 3rd of its value. Still not happy so been in touch with the ombudsmen who are now investigating. KEEP CLEAR PEOPLE CHEAP BUT AWFUL COMPANY.”

“Passed my test yesterday and was more than excited to get my duke 390 insured so I can get out and after a few online checks it was getting to prove I wasnt good at this, so I phone a few companies friends have recommended and mce being one of them (1st one I phone by the way) and all I can say is the women on the phone was an absolute delight made it so much easier. The quote I received was a bit high to what I was wanting to spend but she spoke to her manger and managed to get me a discount and was more than happy will recommend mce”

“Good overall, although 2 points for improvement, when trying to pay from online purchase 1 struggled to understand telephone operator. 2 she had a different quote to what I had from a compare website with different excess amounts and details ???”
