“Good price but if you ring for a quote and get the bloke I had he just sounds like he can't be bothered he mumbled through important information sounded like he was on a tea break I almost went else where the woman I spoke to earlier was much more professional and helpful.good price though ,best to get quote on line then you don't have to put up with people who don't like there jobs”

“After having insurance for less than 2 days it had to be cancelled as my son fell off his bike and was pretty shook up. When I called to cancel I was passed from pillar to post until eventually getting charged over £100 FOR TWO DAYS insurance. Would not recommend”

“Good price - not happy though with being called a few days later to persuade me to buy No Claims Bonus protection . If I wanted it I would have selected it at the point of purchase - yet another unwanted phonecall wasting my time”

“After renewing my policy I found a mistake in my policy and after a quick phone call to point this out it was rectified within five minutes. It would be nice to be able to renew my policy online instead of having to make a phone call every year.”
