“I have called MCE when my bike broke down. Very easy and helpful phone call. Mechanic arrived within 30 minutes and fixed my bike. Very happy with MCE service. thanks”

“Wanted to renew policy online, facility not available and unable to download documents. Waited an eternity on the phone to speak to an advisor who said they could process the renewal on the phone - penalty an extra £40!!. Went through comparison website and took out new policy for lower price. Documents not emailed or readable online. Another eternity on the phone before getting documents sorted and cover proven. Very helpful advisor this time -thanks Sian D who sorted issues. Previous advisor had been unhelpful regarding NCB. I sense if you make a claim here it will be difficult to achieve a positive outcome. Will not be renewing with them again.”

“I was already an MCE customer and got a polite call to inform me my current insurance was about to expire and give me the chance to renew , I checked on the comparison sites to see what offers were about for me and only one company beat MCE's price , the other company's policy did not include any extras , The extras I got for my extra £15.00 above MCE's rival were , Claims assistance , helmet and leather cover , personal accident and for me the deal breaker Breakdown cover, No messing about having to change Insurer and prove my no claims finalised the deal , Very happy :)”

“I was recommended to MCE by "Go-Compare" and found the insurance quote to be cheaper than I've paid for many years. The policy meets all my needs. I'd not heard of MCE before, but since taking out the policy I've discovered several other satisfied clients. The MCE website is straightforward and there's no excess paperwork to file away.”

“First of 20 mins hanging on to speak to someone,then if you last that long,you have the most repetitive music to contend with.Now for the sting,i was insured with them for a year,but at renewal time,they will keep you on the phone whilst reading all the print on the doc, which you have anyway,win,win with phone charges,then to cap it all the original quote goes up by £40,WTF,when you say thats not right you get some *rick being sarcastic,and speaking in a very be-little way,never again will i deal with these *unts,And good luck canceling a Direct Debt!!!!! Pete”
