“Came in at the right price, so easy to change over from previous insurers, and they didn't want to know my mother's maiden name! Easy peasy, thank you.”

“Called for advice on whether to get a dual motorcycle policy for my 2nd motorcycle or an additional single policy. The sales representative was condescending and offered no advice, only the cost. All he was interested in was whether I wanted to proceed with it! I have no idea whether they get commission for policies accepted; I assumed they did and declined to purchase from the salesman and bought via the website as MCE were the best value.”

“the person i delt with on the phone was very good and very understanding to the needs of the insurance i was looking for, the person i delt with was called Sarah and she seemed to have good knowledge and was very efficient very well pleased with the service i got !!”

“MCE are thieves. They are highly experience at scamming people and nothing else. They are refusing to give my bike ( property ) back. They do no respond to telephone calls and keep putting you on hold for more then an hour. I have wasted money and time with them. If you have a 125 DO NO GET MCE they will SCAM you. They have no professionalism, worst insurance company in the UK.”
