“2017 I had my motor bike stolen from my locked garage. My claim was handled by one person. Which made thinks very simple. I had a dedicated number to ring direct. When it come my pay out for the vehicle. They surpassed my expectations. This why I’ve reinsured my new motor bike with MCE.”

“It didn't really, last year my renewal quote (which I took) was £203, this year, exactly the same details (plus 1 extra year of no claims) my renewal was £360? I emailed asking why but got no response (No surprise there) I'm sure all these insurance companies work to do this together. I think there should be an outside body stopping this as it's disgraceful. All insurance companies are the same.”

“Called for advice on whether to get a dual motorcycle policy for my 2nd motorcycle or an additional single policy. The sales representative was condescending and offered no advice, only the cost. All he was interested in was whether I wanted to proceed with it! I have no idea whether they get commission for policies accepted; I assumed they did and declined to purchase from the salesman and bought via the website as MCE were the best value.”
