“As I took their insurance out on my scooter, with one years no claims from my previous insurer lexham who charged me 1300 for my first year on road, Mce offered me my second year on road for more than half of that £1,300. I must say thanks for that. I had my policy for 7 days then my bike was stolen, MCE have kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I would recommend this company as their options including (NCB protection, Breakdown Recovery, Excess reducer, Courtesy bike and some other options). I believe this is one of the best insurers out there for bikers.”

“Had accident on my bike, not my fault, MCE won't deal with my claim as MCE don't deal with No Fault Claims and I have to use their Solicitors which is going to cost me up to 25% of my Claim. Also had to pay for my bike to be recovered and delivered back to my address. As I have fully Comp Insurance I thought I was covered and my insurance company would fight my case and recover all my losses, but this is not the case with MCE. AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!”

“Website denied payment but took money anyway. This meant I had to phone and check that the money had been paid and I was insured also that only one payment had been taken. The young lady I spoke with didn't seen intetested or impressed that I had to do this. Apart from that at least the price was about right!”

His clarity and customer service was the best I have encountered and he really was a trustworthy and genuine guy.
