“All I wanted was to change address. I left MCE after 4 years because my stolen/damaged bike was four months getting fixed. My new underwriter declined my address change because they were (I was told) going out of that business. Only five months into their policy and with a preposterous quote from the front end provider I had to write that off and chose to start over with MCE. My premium was almost doubled since may last MCE policy which implies your 'no claims protection' is mendacious and I am being further penalised for my no fault claim. The person I spoke with was sympathetic and helpful so this is a price-only complaint and she is why you get one extra star!”

“A minor discrepancy by MCE on my documentation concerning my motorbike licence category. An email to MCE resulted in a speedy reply reassuring me that everything was OK.”
