“Absolute garbage - tried to contact via phone for over 30 minutes on two occasions with no success. Went on to live chat and it is offline. They say they have a defacto 5 star rating - this cannot be true. MCE insurance should NOT be allowed to use GOCOMPARE or any other websites and shame on time if they continue to allow them to remain in their insuranc search recommendations DO NOT GO NEAR 'MCE INSURANCE' AND GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS - If I could I would have given them a minus five (-5) rating which I beli be the CEO and board members need to do something about!!!”

“Literally Doubled my premium upon renewal. Had to compare online to make a dent in the renewal... "there is a discount for online" is a VERY poor defense for trying to legitimately rob me of over £250 - especially to a customer of the last few years with various bikes. 25 years old, 7 years no claims... premium only increases each year... not just MCE - all these companies take existing customers for complete idiots upon renewal.”

“I am new with this company. The process of quotation was easy and the price reasonal. However in the online questionnaire concerning alarm system I couldn't find anything for BMW. I hope I will have a good experience with this insurance company.”
