“Renewed my insurance yesterday online. Have been with the company a good few tears now. I realised the postcode was wrong on the policy where I store my bike. Rang up to get this changed and was charged an extra £30 for the inconvenience. This will be the last money you get off me. Being a loyal customer doesn't seem to count for much these days.”

“My insurance documents were sent through on my email address but headed Dear Chris which is my son's name. I emailed them twice to point this out but have still not received a response weeks later! Pretty poor”

“After being a customer of yours for eleven years, I was disappointed with having to pay an excess of £2,000.00, if it was my fault. I quiered this and was told I could reduce the excess by half if I paid a further £94.00. My previous quotes for excess have never been so expensive. Very disappointed.”
