“Could not pay online as the site would not except any card then phoned to try and pay customer services person then kept me waiting on the phone for 10 minutes so put the phone down and insured my bikes with another insurance company.”

“Very pleased with the service I have received from MCE over the years. Customer service is great and fair prices. My only little grumble is the phone number to ring them is a premium rate number from a mobile so costs a fortune to phone and arrange insurance.”

“Booked thru MCN website forwarded on to MCE easy to navigate let’s you add extras no bother at all if the cover is good all the better excess bit high but initial cost good. Anyone reading review don’t waste your time with Hastings 19 days to tell me they couldn’t add my bike to my policy oh you fitted an exhaust No no no joke”
