“Spoke to a chap called Martin who was very helpful. The price for my motorcycle insurance was the best around and all easily processed. I would have no hesitation in recommending MCE.”

“Excellent customer service. I had to go via this route as the website does not work on phones on told. Could not get rid of the Corona virus message note on the main screen. Shame, but really good cover sorted in the end.”

“Everything from call to confirmation was excellent. Price for policy was good deal, only issue is I’ve just received an extra £30 increase to my mobile phone bill as the number I called is an 0844 number. Not happy with that.”

“spent an hour and a half on the phone hold yesterday, got through again today, was told by customer service they would call me back and am still waiting an hour and a half later, have tried live chat, e mail and phone, very poor customer service”
