“Every time it's time to renew. I find there are no ridiculous price increases. And the customer service is great. They call you back when is convenient for you. There is no hard sell or push. I will remain with them as long as I own a motorbike.👍👍”

“This was my first renewal and the service was great, as was the cost of the insurance premium. The insurance cover service might be improved by offering options like enhanced cover for all of the various stipulated risks.”

“Their comprehensive package gives value for money to me. I’m an older biker with a classic bike and the fact that my policy with MCE includes breakdown cover, legal expenses etc for just a few pounds more than the cheapest quote on a comparison site gives me peace of mind. I’ve also contacted them by telephone and the call was picked up quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy to endorse this company based on current experience.”

“Spoke to a chap called Martin who was very helpful. The price for my motorcycle insurance was the best around and all easily processed. I would have no hesitation in recommending MCE.”

“Excellent customer service. I had to go via this route as the website does not work on phones on told. Could not get rid of the Corona virus message note on the main screen. Shame, but really good cover sorted in the end.”

“Everything from call to confirmation was excellent. Price for policy was good deal, only issue is I’ve just received an extra £30 increase to my mobile phone bill as the number I called is an 0844 number. Not happy with that.”

“Got a good deal.........eventually! Took all day phoning, being put on hold, the same melody for half an hour arrggh. But crazy times so persevered. Very helpful when I did get through.”
