“I was with MCE on a previous motorcycle then took a few years off road riding. They were the cheapest then and the cheapest now. Taking out the policy couldn't have been more straight forward either. I'm not one to write many reviews but was particularly impressed with the speed, ease and competitive cost of the policy I have recently taken out (was via a comparison site)”

“Early days as only just moved to this provider. So far its been easy and affordable so no complaints. Hopefully I won't need to test the claims dept, but if I do, I hope it's as straightforward as it's been so far.”

“good to talk to the person I spoke to on the phone to renew but I think the service is pretty poor regarding contacting customers to renew I spoke with the robot on the site and left a phone number for somebody to contact me but didn't. I know it is bad time at present but some contact is better than none.”

“I have been a customer for 5 years and insured a second bike last year. I got a quote of Bike Insurer for this years insurance with MCE which I was happy with. I then contacted MCE to go ahead with this and the price was £100 more than previously quoted on Bike Insurer. I asked why this was and wasn't given a straight answer. As this new quote (on phone) was only £20 more than the next cheapest quote I went ahead to avoid the hassle of changing companies . I don't see how an insurance company who I have never used can insure me cheaper than one I've been with for 5 years. I will be changing insurance company next time round.”
