“Arranged online at best price through comparison site. Made amendment by telephone prior to policy commencing. Received textveith details of breakdown cover and contact number. Prompt service and detailed and informative website.”

“Daft question. Quite irrelevant really. Everything is ok so far but just don't be in a hurry to get logged into your web account. It took 2 days for me to get the email telling me to verify my email address. Fortunately I didn't need any service during those days! I hope this is not the way queries are resolved!”

“I’m not a very loyal customer I guess but this company knocked my last insurer out the park. And next year even if they are slightly pricier I’ll try and be loyal. Easy to use website, no human interaction required and done within 5 minutes.”
