“Daft question. Quite irrelevant really. Everything is ok so far but just don't be in a hurry to get logged into your web account. It took 2 days for me to get the email telling me to verify my email address. Fortunately I didn't need any service during those days! I hope this is not the way queries are resolved!”

“I’m not a very loyal customer I guess but this company knocked my last insurer out the park. And next year even if they are slightly pricier I’ll try and be loyal. Easy to use website, no human interaction required and done within 5 minutes.”

“The price was good but the cover wasn’t as extensive as Bennetts with lower payments for things like personal injury. Recovery only 20 miles? Not worth having. Excess over £1000 is.........excessive. I went for it as it was the lowest price and I’ve lost my job ☹️”

“Received quote in April, went to renew in May on website and it had gone up by £20 Phoned and on hold for 20mins, person looked at quote and he advised it had gone up again by £21 in total in the last half hour, put me through to another team after saying I would not be on hold again but was for another 20mins before beingcut off... terrible quotes & service”
