“Very reasonable motorcycle insurance purchased from you today. I tried to get in touch by phone but in these troubled times I wasn’t able to and within half an hour someone phoned me back but by then I had set it up online as it was so easy understand & do. Very impressed with the customer service I received from your phone call to me and very happy with my insurance policy with you. Many thanks. KD”

“Good value, the only thing that knocked down the score was the fact that I did not receive a renewal price even though nothing had changed but the no claims discount meant I had to do the full quote again in order to stay with the company.”
