“Hi I bought bike insurance on my mobile phone. I could not complete the process on line did not get told why just to phone to complete. It is very frustrating having to continual fill out the forms on line for renewal each year when renewal is due. This information is already on your system. And I wanted to get dual cover for 2 bike this proved more expensive than doing individually bike's Thay is there not a saving and it is morning expensive. And more form filling out all this was frustrating. So 2 bike's insured with different companies instead of one .shall I say again not happy and not good business. Thanks”

“I’ve been left with the feeling of disappointment, due to not seeing the personal injury compensation value before purchase, only £1000 for permanent disability!!!!!!! I will research more I depth in the future, but not obvious at P.O.S. A bit naughty that”
