“Firstly, prices are great Secondly the phone service is very good, especially when paying for the premium customer services are also very helpful. The on line payment service failed on me leaving me worried about my details and card details being lost or just floating on the net, if I insure again it will all be done on the phone.”

“Refuses to offer any kind of refund or payment freeze during a global pandemic. Have had to cancel my policy as I can't afford my payments and they're unwilling to hell out for a few months. Disgusting company with a greedy attitude.”
