“Spending well over 2 hours on the phone trying to get an insurance renewal is nothing short of brutal. I don't know how the cover is as I have never had to claim. However if they are as bad at sorting claims as they are at renewals, should I have a claim, I'll expect some pain.”

“I came back to motorcycling 2 years ago and chose MCE at that time purely on price. Now, into my 3rd years and still with MCE, because, 1: They still quoted the best price. 2: Communication is very good, and 3: Whenever I’ve changed my motorcycles MCE have made it very simple to change the policy over to new bike, and boy, do I change bikes...on my 7th on in 2 years! Thanks,MCE, Ken.”

“contacted for renewal a few weeks beforehand and agreed a callback for payment which never happened , policy lapsed. called up and was given hire quote , done the renewal online worked out £20 cheaper which worked out well.”
