“Did online payment for 1 years insurance only to get a failed payment . Tried again another failed payment . Both failed payment messages were from mce.. thought ill have to ring but didnt have credit on phone for premeium number ... later that night my policy came through and descovered id paid twice for 1 policy despite being told both attempts to pay had failed grrrrr Will add next day i was told about a lowcall number so didnt have to use premium number .. just get rid of premium number ... stop messing about !!! All was sorted in a freindly proffesional manner but come no need sort it out”

“Painful wait to get through to speak to someone as website would not recognise my bike or let me proceed any further, but all sorted once I was able to speak with a human !! Good cover , but think the excess is a bit high.”

“Very happy customer. Competitive renewal price meant I stayed with MCE. Even though the advisor might have been working from home at this time, information about my policy was available, the advisor was helpful and achieved a happy outcome. Also there was no waiting on the line, no endless recorded messages etc. Highly rated!”

“Happy with renewal price although you need to re-enter all your details which can be a pain. I have had issues few times with the drop down menus for years of NCB etc. The excess is quite high and maybe offering excess insurance could be an idea. Have been with them for about 8 years and their prices still competitive although others are catching quickly.”
