“I have been with MCE for several years and they never send a renewal price, asking to telephone or go on line. The first year I telephoned and the chap was quite rude so ever since I go onto a comparison site and do it through them, which probably costs MCE commission. 2 months before renewal I updated my bike and was charged £74, I was told that it was because the new bike was worth more, yet when I renewed my policy it was only a couple of pounds more than last year. Loyalty does not pay and they take ages to answer the phone, but the policy is cheaper than others.”

“The initial form filling for the quote is not particularly user friendly, other sites are much easier. However once completed the quote was good and was easy finish payment.”

“This is my second year with MCE the renewal was easy on line and was recomended by Motorcycle News at a good price All the documents are online to check”

“Signing up on website was easy. I had one query that was quickly resolved on the phone. The price was £70 cheaper than the renewal quote from my previous insurer. All together a very satisfactory outcome for another year's motorcycling when we're allowed back on the roads.”

“I was with MCE on a previous motorcycle then took a few years off road riding. They were the cheapest then and the cheapest now. Taking out the policy couldn't have been more straight forward either. I'm not one to write many reviews but was particularly impressed with the speed, ease and competitive cost of the policy I have recently taken out (was via a comparison site)”
