“My renewal was from MCE. I went onto a quote comparison site and found a cheaper quote than my renewal. That quote was from MCE, insurance companies are really strange.”

“I received a call from yourselves giving me a quote . Which was far higher than what I can get through you via the internet . Why o why can't you just give us your best quote straight away . This would mean more repeat business for you.”

“Yes I would say very good , especially when they phoned and it wasn’t convenient and said they would phone back at a certain time which they did , however a little disappointed that the quote online through a compare website was giving me a better price with the same company! Too late to say tho but will remember next time.”

“Quick return on quotes. Only problem is the finer details as these are not always clear in the questions or simply question is not asked. Cheapest quote doubled on contacting insurer to go over policy... Web site easy to use and quick”

“The cheapest by quite a long way but to get that price I had to make a lot of concessions so that really all I’m paying for is the privilege of showing my insurance documents to a pig in a uniform if he stops me 🙄”

“I wanted to put another motorcycle onto my existing policy but when I called your call centre it was going to cost me more to add to my remaining 4 months left on my existing policy than it was to take out a new policy over 12 months for the new motorcycle don't really understand why this is”

“Very poor indeed to get a more expensive renewal quote than if you just get a new quote online. Why don't loyal customers get a discount? Also the renewal process is painful & time consuming, surely if you can get a quote online you can renew online??”

“I've been a customer of MCE for around 16 years and have, fortunately, never needed to use their services. However, despite this lack of use and supposedly ZERO cost to MCE, my premium payments invariably increase for each renewal. Also invariably, I check out the alternatives on Metasearch comparison sites and discover a far cheaper rate with MCE than my renewal quote. I saved £49 on a £159 renewal quote, so the percentage penalty for being a loyal customer is huge. No doubt I will continue to have to do this farcical action until such time as MCE value their existing business as much as their new. An inexplicable situation as the cost of new customer acquisition must be greater than the retention of loyal customers.”

“Went online was very good and was competitive with the price.i insured 2 bikes the same day with you I have received the policy ect for 1 but nothing for the other have called twice only to have the same one sent out so still waiting on paperwork for the 2 nd bike.”

“Were with this company last year and after filling all the questions in online again we decided to just go with them rather than start again with some one else. Have since been offered much lower quotes so will look around next year.”
