“`Typical of the way things are done by so many companies today the staff read from a script rather than communicate with the customer as an individual person and are criticised if the don't follow the set script. Would recommend the service to anyone who likes the impersonal approach”

“Rang the renewals team. I think the guy I spoke to had already handed in his notice as he was running through the script at high speed, absolutely no empathy with my situation. Very unimpressed which is a real shame as the MCE product is first class.”
