“Price reduction from last year was good but probably reflects the limited riding last year due to the pandemic Initial problem with excess amount was sorted satisfactorily All in all a good experience”

“Price was acceptable so I stayed with them for another year, however the operator I spoke to sounded really bored and didn`t want to be there. He was obviously reading the script about T&C`s from the screen and was speaking so fast his words were almost slurring into each other, as a result he was barely understandable. I asked him to slow down so I could understand what he was saying which he did for only a few seconds and then went back to his fast gabbling talk. It was so bad I considered hanging up and re-dialling so I might get another operator. I`m not hard of hearing but if you were the phone call would have been impossible. I just got the impression he didn`t have any interest in his job or customer relations, it was all too much bother. Over the last few years previous operators have always been fine but if you were a first time customer it would definitely put you off. Sorry MCE but that`s how it was, not happy with the customer service.”

“I cannot yet appreciate a system where the price changes day by day. The initial offer received via email was lower than last year, which was great. However, it took three days to be able to talk to an operator on the phone, the only way to renew the policy - online I tried to fill in the questionnaire but the final price was higher. When I could talk with an operator, the proposed price has gone up. Less than a pound of increment compared to the renewal offer via email, but still strange.”
