“Got cut off over the phone so arranged insurance online. I no longer needed the policy 24hrs later and when i called to cancel the policy i was charged £62. This is a ridiculous charge and i will no longer use MCE in the future. Very upset. I advise everyone else to use different insurers.”

“average until something goes wrong, then appalling. non fault claim took them a year to resolve. You can't contact the claims department inthese case and they can't arrange call backs. I did make some progress when I formally complained.”
