“It happens every year! They enter a wrong date for when I passed my licence and now my premium is higher! They don't correct it and they don't want to adjust my premium! Very bad service and rude over the phone! Going to their complaints department. Let me see if they will correct it!”

“Yes I would say very good , especially when they phoned and it wasn’t convenient and said they would phone back at a certain time which they did , however a little disappointed that the quote online through a compare website was giving me a better price with the same company! Too late to say tho but will remember next time.”

“Absolutely awful had to ring up five times to make the same change and they still kept writing the wrong date down. One point I thought they had to be doing it on purpose no one could be that bad at their job surely especially five different people”
