“I found MCE through a comparison web site and although there were not the cheapest to look at, the cover they provide is a lot better than other companies. I have also made use of their customer services and found them very helpful and understanding.”

“I have two jobs and only one of the jobs is on my policy document when I was told that I'd be charged more insurance based on the fact I have two jobs. I sent an email in regards to this and I am still waiting for a response.”

“Avoid this company. I had a puncture when I went for the bike that I bought and they did not help me because they do not cover the claims in the first 10 days of the policy. Then, why to say that the policy has started? Is that to misinform the customers on purpose? If I knew it, I could go to another insurer. It could not be worst form my experience.”

“Customer service ok ,but to talk to an advisor cost me £16 on phone charges beware !,MCE is not free to call .Can you imagine the bill if have to make claim .Not happy and will go elsewhere next year .”

“Got cut off over the phone so arranged insurance online. I no longer needed the policy 24hrs later and when i called to cancel the policy i was charged £62. This is a ridiculous charge and i will no longer use MCE in the future. Very upset. I advise everyone else to use different insurers.”
