“Overall a decent service BUT WATCH OUT FOR THE EXTORTIONATE PHONE CALL. Cost me over five pounds for a 9 minute phone call. DISGUSTING.”

“I will not be back next year, customer service was rubbish, premium went up because of tiny differences in policy cover, ie. the premium did not take into account that the bike has cctv recording 24/7 or that someone is at home all night.”

“Good service but need to advise you that you are calling on a premium rate number or loose this as not many others charge you to call them. Just makes you frustrated when you see it on your bill !”

“I got a very competitive quote but made a minor typo on my application. Spoke to the very helpful Tony who corrected the error and reissued my documents. Very professional and nothing was too much trouble.”

“Everything went smoothly, and I liked not having to go through every detail. Dissapointed that there is such a premium on the monthly payment option - I feel untrusted: I will not default, I just want to spread the cost (as a pensioner).”

“There is probably a reason for the £60 increase from last year's premium. And this is the only reason for my poor review .It would be nice if there was an error but that I think is unlikely .I have no other issue.”
