“Wanted to add delivery insurance onto my exciting policy. Was told I would have to pay to cancel the policy I had just opened and then open a new policy. Very rude. Ended the chat preemptively and I won't be returning as a customer.”

“Just renewed with MCE. Second year running they've offered me the level of cover I want at the best price I could find anywhere, and believe me I looked everywhere. One or two showed a quote a little cheaper than MCE, but once you factor in the extra benefits MCE offers, such as helmet and riding kit, MCE offers by far the best value..... Copied from previous but same opinion.”

“mce knocked 50 pound of thought was getting good deal to find out still around 50 pound dearer than could get tried to cancel within in a hour or so to find be charged 32 pound after being with them from day one 14 years”

“when i got the text to renew my bike insurance. the foreigner on the phone. all i could get from her can i have your card number, i asked her what dos the police cover, i could not under stand what she was saying, after i had taken out the policy. latter i thought i had been scammed. so i rang mce and they told me it was ok”

“By far the only company that was recommended for me, by all of my friends. They ride everything from moped/vespers, to fireblades and ninjas and everyone of them praises MCE. I’ve spoken with two different representatives from MCE now and both of them have been exceptional, polite, professional and above all, extremely helpful in getting me the best from my insurance package. Highly recommend this company for everyone. 5 stars from me.”
