“This is the second year I’ve insured my Triumph with MCE. They called to remind me it was coming to the end of it’s term, and gave me a great quote to renew, which includes Track day, breakdown and kit cover. So I renewed there and then.”

“Waited until I had confirmation of payment before contacting MCE,regarding not having received policy documents.It then came to light that the policy I had taken out with them was in my sons name (he had scooter insurance with them 16 years ago when he was 16 and living at home,now married with 2 kids and a mortgage ).policy details and 18 PENCE CHARGED TO MY CARD ! ! it's obviously not the amount ,but the principle,it was their admin. error.Made my feelings known but 'my manager ' insisted the wanted their 18p !”

“Very happy with the price and extras. However the website doesn’t work. You cannot upload documents, it constantly says failed, I gave up at 33 minutes waiting to speak to someone on the phone to rectify the problem of how I add my NCB. In the end I managed to find the live chat window and ask there. Not a great communication experience.”

“I haven't had to use customer service as yet and base this review on the web site experience which I found to be excellent. quite a few questions to answer but thats to be expected. Price wise they are also very good and would certainly use them again for other vehicles.”
