“Cheapest quote, more included cover, Never had to claim so can’t comment and no dealings with customer service, so no comment. Have taken out a new policy, bike quote was cheapest by far”

“Price seemed reasonable, however.. despite a frantic call to their customer services when 3 annual premiums have been charged to my account, and the lady assuring me they would only take 1, I checked today and 2 have been taken and 1 is pending.. let’s hope this is a Monday morning oversight and I will have the money refunded ASAP! Check when their site says payment not successfully taken, as quite clearly In my case, it was... 3 times at a cost of almost £1000 that I cannot afford to be without. I am disappointed to say the least, let’s hope this is not representative of the company’s overall performance.”

“Straightforward renewal process and with no nasty surprises about costs going up despite no claims during the year, which is something that instead happens pretty often with other insurance companies. To make it even better it would be nice having the ability to renew without re-entering all the info all over again about vehicle and insured person, since the assumption is that you already have all this in your system.”
