“I have had insurance from MCE before on other bikes and always find MCE to be a good company, I have never had any issues and they are quite straight forward in getting covered, where other companies can be more challenging. Would highly recommend 👍”

“A great price. But with insurance. It’s how it performs when you need. I’ll write a proper review in a years time I’ve been with bennets 5 years but every year it wS up n up with premiums despite 9 years no claims. This year wanted £370. I told them a big no”

“Cannot open documents sent by email, attachments sent in email are of MCE logo, signatures etc 9 altogether. Rang customer services to inform them of above Wednesday 3rd July. Told to reregister account, to open docs, this did not work either, entered email address, password with Capitals and postcode as instructed, will not allow me to reregister, cannot check my documents, getting frustrated.”

“The breakdown service was excellent. My call was answered immediately and the process explained clearly. I was called to check that the breakdown truck had arrived and was reassured by being told what to do if it didn't! The truck arrived before the timeframe expired and fixed the problem.”

“Terrible service - they kept on putting me on hold to different people for an hour to confirm my policy the day after i filled it in online and all of them ask me same questions and put on hold again then someone else picked the phone. Each minute cost me 62p (service charge 55p plus 7p calling charge). I now have a phone bill of over £55 for all the calls to them. On top of this, the policy is not valid for the first 7 days after taking it out - so after spending loads of money I am not even able to use my scooter this week or ensure that it is safe. This is a company looking to make an easy profit and low customer service, I prefer to cancel my policy but it will cost too much to call again.”

“A good company to deal with, very little extra charge for the second years insurance. Not like my car company that has charge a great deal extra this year. I had no claims either.”
