“Usually worth 5 stars for the great service. However, large price difference between insuring online and renewing by phone - like 40% more for renewing by phone!! Online seemed like new quote rather than a renewal. When I mentioned this on the phone the usually great customer service slipped and not really interested in the difference”

“We'll, I was happy with my quote but also very confused with the difference in quotes . But I have been with previous vehicle quotes. What I really don,t understand is that when you accept a Quote. And say a week or so later for a quote on the same vehicle using the very same inputs. You get an entirely different amount usually much higher. Is there some explanation for this Anomaly?”

“When called and given the same details quote increased by nearly £300, unpleasant guy on the phone and over 30 minutes wait on the phone. But they offer good insurance and a lot of benefits, I would still recommend. Maybe the person who served me was one off.”

“I’ve ridden for 15 years & have full NCP. I changed my bike from a gsxr750 to a gsxr1000, changed my post code and declared 3 points. Cancelled my insurance at Hastings and went for the cheapest at Mce. £250/Ann to £1000/Ann; the first one was £1300/Ann. The staff were pleasant enough but the prices are mental. I expected a price hike but am still shocked. Hope everyone else finds a reasonable quotation. Safe riding.”
