“345pounds fully comp dear by other company prices(yes next year I am changing company) plus a £12 phone charge because you cant complete online...overall unhappy but I'm insured...do your research people save £££”

“Very good, easy to set up the policy, haven't had to put a claim in so I can't comment on that side, I do wish u could request a paper copy of documents sent as not everyone has a printer, but would always recommend MCE.”

“Had to call breakdown through MCE. Stuck on a very busy road with a very heavy motorbike...arguing with the guy on the phone. Found out cover doesnt include your KEY. If you look closely so much is excluded even in a fully comp policy its almost useless”

“It took two 15 minute attempts before getting through. Even though it was a UK number, I was answered by a lady in a call centre somewhere other than the UK. The call was deliberately stalled on numerous occasions. Lengthy pauses. Mistakes when repeating things that I had told her even though she was looking at the form I had filled in on line. I guessed when giving her the long card number that she would come back and say 'that was declined, can I take the long car number again?' It is very obvious that the staff are trained to keep the conversation going for as long as possible. Why else have an 08 number?”

“Price was very low compared to others with similar add ons, downside I’ve found seen a contact no. Ref emergency breakdown which is included in the price (funguses crossed it will be given soon)”

“I used a comparison site and mce wasn’t the cheapest but they included a lot of extras so they worked out very cheep, very happy with the service and will definitely stick with MCE 👍 Ride safe 👍👍”

“I've been with MCE now for a number of years. I use comparison sites when ins is due but MCE always come up with a better package all round. A+++++++ .”
