“A 20 min wait for my call to be picked up ,bad start. The woman dealing with my renewal spent a lot of the call time trying to stifle fits of laughter,obviously something entertaining her and her colleagues in the office .but very unprofessional and not instilling me with confidence. Very nearly cancelled the call,still might cancel the policy.”

“Although the price was ok and bought online. Trying to get through on the phones was a nightmare around 30 minutes for phone to be answered and then transferred to another department for a 20 minute wait. Gave up in the end. Is this a bad sign, should you be unfortunate enough to be involved in an rtc.”
