“It’s a good insurer but the waiting time on the phone is outrageous. Just a simple renewal can take up to 1 hour just to get trough and speak to someone. Once you do that, customer service is actually good and sales department works professionally”

“A bit of a long wait on the phone to get through but insurance was a good price and it covered everything that needs to be, I'd say an improvement would be for the advisor on the phone to speak more slowly and clearly but I do appreciate how busy they are, but all in all I'm happy”

“Proffessional, helpful and polite, oh patient too as I changed my mind several times during my call so all very good. You lose two stars as I was on hold for 30 minutes before I got to speak with someone. Time is precious, employ a few more operators.”
