“Good service, good value. Slightly impersonal and frustrating interaction to sort No Claims Discount. Great that someone called personally afterwards to see if I liked the service and try and sell something else but would have preferred this bit to sort NCD.”

“After signing up online and not selection any further packages I then got a phone call a week later trying to sell me the extras that I already said I didn’t want. The advisor on the phone then questioned me when I said I didn’t need legal aid. Don’t appreciation the pushy attitude in getting us to spend our more money when the cover is already expensive.”

“Just switched to motorcycle direct. Having been on a comparison site I carefully checked what everyone was offering and for me the clear winner was motorcycle direct, the sign up was hassle free and quick just have to prove your NCD then it's done, give me a try.”

“was pretty peeved when told a 10 day old policy I needed to cancel was not refundable £120 then after making me sweat and tell them to cancel my other bikes policy,they then decided I would be refunded and both bikes on joint policy I originally asked for, poor treatment of loyal customer”

“One star ratings the highest category, and for good reason. I have been in contact with a salesman for 10 days regarding a bike. I was to look at it last week, but the rain was awful and it was 30 miles away. I had sorted out my part ex. with them and was good to go the following Saturday, only to be told it had been sold Friday lunch. Is there no decency or honour in vehicle sales? Obviously not. I won't be using them again.”
