“I was buying a brand new bike, I tried other insurance companys but because the bike did not exist on the DVLA database nobody would insure it, I had no hassle from motorcycle direct. It was a little bit more expensive than others but then there were others that were dearer than motorcycle direct. I am happy with the service I have received so far.”

“Motorcycle Direct were very helpful when I changed address. They helped me find cover from a new underwriter when my previous one would no longer cover me. They helped me navigate the employment options to get the best deal. NB if you pick landlord the system assumes you run a pub, good to know.”

“I was to get my docs by post, your email told me they would be online! I emailed you and it took 2 weeks for a reply!!! 7p a minuet to speak to you? I won't be your customer next year!!!”

“Rather disappointed. Apparently due to a transposed digit in my account number, which would be odd as it auto fills, it was nescessary to cancel my policy even though i called as soon as I got the message to do so. Currently unaware if i am insured or not because i have a cancellation letter and no further communication. Rather sad really.”

“Prices increased drastically every time I created a different quote with slight changes. The operator on the call seemed not greatly knowledgeable answering “I don’t know” to most of my questions.”
