“Motorcycle Direct were very helpful when I changed address. They helped me find cover from a new underwriter when my previous one would no longer cover me. They helped me navigate the employment options to get the best deal. NB if you pick landlord the system assumes you run a pub, good to know.”

“I was to get my docs by post, your email told me they would be online! I emailed you and it took 2 weeks for a reply!!! 7p a minuet to speak to you? I won't be your customer next year!!!”

“Rather disappointed. Apparently due to a transposed digit in my account number, which would be odd as it auto fills, it was nescessary to cancel my policy even though i called as soon as I got the message to do so. Currently unaware if i am insured or not because i have a cancellation letter and no further communication. Rather sad really.”

“Prices increased drastically every time I created a different quote with slight changes. The operator on the call seemed not greatly knowledgeable answering “I don’t know” to most of my questions.”

“I was given incorrect advice when trying to protect my late husband's motorbike for theft & fire during a sensitive time after he passed away suddenly & not resolved in an amicable manner, more training required but still cost me in time & financially, they didn't follow FC rules.”

“Can’t carry no claims over from a car to a bike. But they take accidents in cars as claims against your bike insurance. Never had a accident in 6 years as a rider but you get knocked for it. Discussing”
